Megan Fasules Todd is a labor economist and leads the employment and labor division at Micronomics. She has served as an expert witness or consultant in numerous employment matters involving pay equity, discrimination claims, labor negotiations, and wage and hour litigation. With her strong background in methods, she has led analyses evaluating surveys and sampling, costs and benefits, economics impacts, hypothesis testing, and regressions. Dr. Todd also has experience in topics such as health insurance, bankruptcy, industrial organization, and public economics.

Prior to joining Micronomics, Dr. Todd was an Assistant Research Professor at Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce where she led research that focused on equity issues in education and employment. She also supported research efforts to help states integrate education and workforce data systems for evaluation and improved feedback between labor markets and education.

Dr. Todd earned her B.A. in Mathematics and Economics at Lake Forest College in Illinois and her Ph.D. in Economics at American University.
